This Privacy Policy applies to all Studio Klondike labels, divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliates. The services are also subject to our Terms of Service, and any other policies included in our services.

We collect your information when you provide us with information directly, including but not limited to:

Download, install, run, and update the game software.
Communicate with another player or with a representative of us in the game.
Subscribe to our information feed, such as newsletter.

The types of information that we collect depend on the way you use our services. Ordinarily the information would include your:

Username, account name, and any basic information related to your Studio Klondike Account.
System information, IP address, and software event log exported from the game software.
In-game setting preferences such as the selection of avatar, skins, and player title.
In-game activities such as gameplay statistics.

Some further information may be required when you interact with us for technical or service support, in order to locate and fix the issue, and to establish an efficient communication between you and us. This type of information may include your name, address, phone number and email address.

Certain information may be collected by third parties, such as storefronts, social media platforms, and crowdfunding sites. You may check their privacy policy when you have to use their services in order to use our services.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect from you for operating, maintaining, and developing our games within the scope of our services. We also use such information to provide customer support, market insight, and advertising.

When you participate in open communities such as online gaming sessions, some of your information will be shared with other players as a part of regular game functionality. Such information includes but not limited to your profile and gameplay statistics.

When We Share Information

As detailed in this Privacy Policy, we share your information with our vendors that perform support and other services in connection with the Services; advertising service providers and advertising partners that enable us to conduct and display advertising on the Services and third-party sites, mobile applications, or social media services; and with third parties for collaborative offerings, legal and safety purposes, in connection with the sale or transfer of a business or asset, for use in aggregate or anonymous form, and for other purposes with your permission.

We may also disclose your information if we are required to disclose such information by law, or by a law enforcement agency.

This section provides information for California residents. We may require proof of California residency before responding to requests made under this section.

As required by California law, We categorise the personal information that we collect as follows:

Identifiers/Contact Information: Identifiers, including your real name, postal and email address, phone number, unique identifiers, location information, characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law, and IP address.
Commercial Information: Your purchase and usage history and preferences.
Internet/Electronic Activity: Your web/app browsing and gameplay information related to the Services and information related to your online interaction(s) with the Services or our advertising.
Profile Inferences: The inferences that we draw from your information and web activity to help create a personalised profile so we can better identify goods and services that may be of interest.

Categories of Information Sold

In the last 12 months we have not sold any information from you or about you to any third party. We do not sell personal information about persons that we know are under the age of 16 without their, or their parent’s consent.

Your Rights

Access Request

You may make request for your information, limited to two requests per year as to:

The categories of personal information that we’ve collected and sold about you, or shared for a business or commercial purpose with our service providers;
The sources from which we’ve collected such personal information;
The third parties with whom we’ve shared that personal information and to whom we’ve sold that information;
The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information; and
The specific pieces of personal information we’ve collected about you.

Deletion Request

You may request that we delete the personal information that we’ve collected from or about you, although there are some reasons we will need to retain information, such as to complete a transaction for you, to detect and protect against fraudulent and illegal activity, to maintain for internal purposes, to comply with a legal obligation, or to exercise our rights.

We will respond to your access and deletion requests within 45 days, unless additional time is required, in which case you will be notified.

Opt-Out Request

You have the right to opt out of our sale of your personal information to third parties for their commercial purposes. This means that if you opt out, going forward, we will not share your personal information with such third parties to use for such purposes unless you later direct us to do so.

Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active, as needed to provide you Services, or to administer our Services. If your account is inactive, we will maintain your account for the length of time for which we reasonably expect you to reengage with our Services. After such period, we will delete personal information, including your email address and log-in credentials, and you may no longer be able to access your account. We will notify you before we delete your account information so that you have the opportunity to keep your account active. We may still retain some of your personal information in our files for a reasonable period of time to resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Service, administer our services, comply with technical and legal requirements, and/or other constraints related to the security, integrity, and operation of our Services, after which we will take steps to delete or archive your personal information.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old (or older, if applicable law provides for different protections) without the permission of their parent/guardians. Please contact us to delete the information if you believe that we have inadvertently collected such information.

Data Security

We follow generally accepted industry standards while processing and storing your personal information. These standards and measures are designed to prevent the unlawful use of your information. While we attach great importance to the data security of your information, there is no system that can guarantee perfect protection of your data.

User Generated Data

If you share personal information, post an image or video, or provide other content in public area such as on a message board, chat room, comment field, profile page, or in the course of online interactions, other people can view, collect, and use that information. Your username and/or user ID will be publicly visible so other users may use that to identify you. There is no expectation of privacy or confidentiality on any of these public forums. You are responsible for any information or content you publicly post using our Services.
